Having food abroad is always a great experience. Mostly a delicious one. It’s still best to eat somewhere far away – the farther the better. And the grass IS always greener on the other side, let me tell you! ;)
To cook traditional food with locals can be so much fun and pleasure – it is a joyful bridge to connect people. As not only the way to a man’s heart but also to deep friendship is through each other’s stomach, isn’t it?
Aaaand: recipes from afar are tasty souveniers – doesn’t cost a thing, avoid further excess baggage fees, but spread its wonderful mental flavor out once reawakened back home.
